If you have had a croft bequeathed to you in a will and wish to accept it then you should complete this form.
You will need the following information when filling out your form:
Legatee - is person bequeathed croft
Executor - is person charged with carrying out the directions of the Will
Croft Register number and your Agricultural Code number - if you don't know these, please contact the Stornoway Trust Office for this information.
