If you are looking to decroft then you should complete this form for a new croft house and garden site, this form if you are looking for partial decrofting or this form for decrofting a whole croft. If you already have a Feu which was granted under section 17 or 18 of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1955 and are looking to decroft the Feu then please complete this form.
Please note that you must have obtained outline or full planning consent prior to submitting a decrofting form if you are planning a new development on the decrofted land.
You will need the following information when filling out your form:
Croft Register number and your Agricultural Code number - if you dont know these, please contact the Stornoway Trust Office for this information.
