Manor Farm, also known as Home Farm, contained 324 acres of land which includes the present day sites of the Caberfeidh Hotel and Cearns. In 1920s stock consisted of 38 cows, 7 horses, 1 pony, 1 colt, 5 pigs, 87 sheep and 250 hogs, and buildings included a six room dwellinghouse and two staff houses. The farm was mainly run as a dairy farm, supplying milk to local organisations such as the Haldane Hostel and County Hospital.
