The Stornoway Trust is committed to the principle of Fair Work for our workforce and applying the principles of Fair Work across our activities. For the Trust, Fair Work is an ongoing process that will be developed in consultation with employees.

Fair Work policy is being developed in line with the Scottish Government's policy for driving high quality, fair work, and workforce diversity across the labour market in Scotland.
